san V12 question
i've heard really mixed reviews on this product
however its worth a try i guess would i take it with my PWO shake? or would i have my whey and carbs shake PWO then have the v12 when i get home? anyone tried this and had good results, it claims to be the shit! peace |

I checked this out on 1fast and the directions say:
Take one level scoop twice daily mixed in 16 to 20 oz. of water, preferably 8 hours apart. I'm 99% sure that the label said to take it a half hour before breakfast. Then, on training days, a second scoop 8 hrs later. Not sure if this was changed or just not included on 1fast. I never take creatine with my shake anymore. I would recommend taking it in water. |

Sorry...the simple answer is yes. You can take it in the evening when you get home. I tend to be long winded sometimes.

i'm lookin forward to trying this, i hope it will help me add a bit of size do you switch from creatine to v12, or do you have some time off creatine supps. altogether? if so how long? just curious peace |

V12 basically is Creatine. It's Tricreatine Malate and Glycocyamine (which I believe is the delivery system).
I do cycle Creatine, but most will tell you its not necessary. Personally, I've had better results by taking time off from it after a few months of use. The label actually recommends taking time off "due to the potent nature" of the product. Not sure if that is marketing BS or not. |

I think what he is saying he doubts its a marketing gimik if they say to cycle itand take time off.Reason being if you took it non stop they would make more money so it must not be BS.

I dont know..If you read some PH labels they try to really hype it up as this dangerous crazy drug. Tht way people will be like "Woah. This is gonna make me stupid huge cause its dangerous." Best example is if you walk into gnc and read the label on some of the PHs you see. I saw a 1-t brand called T-Bomb in there one day. It dosent have enough 1-T in it to put a gram of muscle on you, but their label is all like "This is a crazy steroid thats gona kill you, but will make you arnold in the process"
