6 foot 165 pounds? You already sound on the light side my friend, what you need is quality not weight loss.

Thats just my opinion, but seriously if you were a woman, you would be probably be pretty sexy.

Well, I'm not really fond of anything other than protein powder, and it probably comes across as an excuse, but I was really damn fat (5'8, 200 pounds of fat, no muscle), now most of the crap is burned off but around my lower back obliques, obliques and abs I have excess fat deposits, and some right aorund my nipple which I've never been able to defeat, so I can't do much when it comes to going to the pool or anything when I've got muscular pecs that still have a breast like quality to them. Secondly, I have no one around who wants to train together, no family mebers or anything who want to help with eating clean and it is hard for a 17 year old kid with school, full time job and other groups, so I wanted to try out something to kickstart my workouts when I'm feeling dead and I was going to try absolved on my lower parts and some Lipoderm on my chest, honestly they are so embarassing they are the whole reason I can't feel good aobut and of the progress I've made, anyways, yeah, hah, enough chatter, new years on the net tends to keep a guy talking.

Without the diet ephedrine will virtually nothing, and still, any weight lost diet or not diet will come back if you continue to do what you are doing now whatever that is.

So essentially running speed for a month at a time, then going off it, will put you back where you started. Diet is king, drugs or no drugs. Sounds like you have already improved somehow though, so I assume you dropped some junky foods or something from the diet? More activity with it?

Well, I used to be alone at home alot so as any teen I ate crap, and alot of it, didn't do any activities, couldn't wlak a block for crying out loud. So I started eating less junky food, walking, and moved up into working out seriously and that did the job, people are always saying, well your 17, you'll grow into it because your thin, its just baby fat. I'm not worried about lifts, I've got the muscle, my squat is up over 300, and bench is at about 245, etc. it's more the toning and cutting I really want to do and become more defined. I've tried working out my own diet but it is tough and the "nutritional consultants" at the gym I regulate, they are no good and never respond to appointments or anything, and it's hard to find that motivation to do it when you've got people who eat all this garbage food and your trying to cook and make stuff all yourself when you can't understand the overall concept.
