ABF supplements

has anyone brought any supplements from ABF

any of these look any good?

i'm thinking of trying a couple of these products as i can't find any UK sites that sell PH's or anything anabolic

i could order from the states but if my goods are be refused entry then i'm f*$%ed

don't order from states or canada! will be checked by customs! order from any country within the EU - should be okay as customs do not usually check inter-european packages. i know quite a few ppl that order AS from turkey without any problems at all - BTW - this is just some friendly advice NOT a RECOMMENDATION ther are a lot of eastern european scams goin on related to steroids at the min! dnt blame me if u end up gettin screwed.

parently phs are class c in the uk now so dnt know how much longer theyl b on sale

WTF! that post is OLD (I actually thought I was imagining things till I checked the date)

lol @ me back then, that was before I knew about discount-supplements anyway, they are the only source I'd buy any PH/PS from now

gregster: if you need any advice on the supplements on there let me know what your looking for and i'll do my best to point you in the right direction, or if theres anything that your interested in run a search on here for it... e.g. M1T you'll find pages of stuff on that, there have been a good 100 M1T threads on this board in the last month

and this is always a great starting point if you are serious about doing PH/PS, tons of info in here:

I've stocked up on UL M1T from discount-supps, so i'll be trying it in the near future, a couple of S1+ cycles to get through 1st though

if you search for UL M1T on www.bulknutrition.com you can read some of the reviews it has got, seems like a pretty effective product!

correct.. I've been told DS should have stocks till about January time (same sorta time as the US ban), but I wouldn't leave it too late to stock up

How you getting on with the s1+ young D??? What are you cycling with, pct Etc???? Thinking of getting on some, will be my first cycle of ph though. Any thoughts guys??????

yeah i'm gonna be using S1+ as my first PH/PS cycle, i've got it already, can't wait to start using it but I'm going to get xmas out the way 1st (it would just be too much being on my first PCT and dealing with family and friends and the whole xmas thing as i'm at uni now but when i go home i want to relax and have fun!), also last month i was cutting (which went fantastic )... so i wanted to spend a couple of months inbetween PH/PS so I could put on all the natural muscle possible before i start taking them

the first cycle i'm doing will be for 1 month (which will require 2 bottles), no need to stack it with anything as Super 1+ is a stack of 1-Test and 4-AD (like Big 1 and 4derm mixed in one product) so the on cycle stack is already taken care of

for PCT I will use nolva, I was thinking of going 40-40-20-20 but i'm still not too sure about those figures (I know my M1T PCT is 60-40-20-20, not sure if S1+ should be the same or slightly lower dose due to it not being as harsh?)

might use creatine pct too, i've heard plenty of recommendations on that and plenty of vitamins (prob use B complex) and EFA's and of course shitloads of food while 'on' and during PCT

Sounds good. I've been stocking up on ph before they get banned. S1+ gets alot of great reviews and lots of guys have recommend it as a first ph cycle. Been researching pct. everyone is saying nolva and forget 6 oxo. Why? Seen 6oxo alot of places but nolva seems harder to get hold of!!!


If you want some great ideas for food to eat while on pct ( and for general better health) check out " You are what you eat" by Dr Gillian McKeith ISBN0718147650 should set you back about a fiver from amazon. This women knows her shit. Obviosly she is not a body builder but we need to stay healthy too right. If there is anything wrong with you she can tell you what to eat to put it right. The intro to this book is awe inspiring!!!!!!!!!!

Tried the detox diet and seriously felt great after. Looking at building her ideas into my pct diet.

Gonna get xmas out the way as well though. I rarely drink but might have one or two over xmas and the liver don't like too much abuse.

Keep me posted what you gonna do with S1+

Ps What do you weigh and how tall are you?

I'm 5'8 and just over 11 stone BF% still too much on my belly to even bother measuring at the moment!!!! I have a 2 pack at best lol !!!!!

hey its all good man you'll get there... all you need is a little determination and self motivation and you'll do it

i started out at 9st, probably a good 20-25% BF and 'm 6"2 (tall, skinny, chubby) I was a mess!

now i'm 13st, 12% BF, big guns, ripped abs, great strong viens, i get a lot of people looking at me at the gym... I even heard even one guy was telling his girl 'wow... that guys got some fucking big arms' while i was curling, and i get other props... 1 guy the other day is like 'how long have you been training?' I said 'about 3 years bro', hes like 'yeah... it really shows... your really cut..'

so if that ain't major progress i dunno what is! and i got all that through diet and intense training, progress is really slow now though (in terms of adding muscle), i'm giving HIT a shot in an attempt to get all the muscle I can on me before I go anabolic

looking at your stats you could probably come a long way just through eating and training right... its a shame PH/PS are getting banned now and not in a few years, because you are forced to maybe rush into them, I'm lucky in a way that i've just moved to uni, fustrated with progress, too much time on my hands and really regardless of the ban or not i would be taking PH/PS in the new year (made my mind up a while ago after years of thought), so its just come at the right time for me and I can take advantage of the sales too

the S1+ should last for around 18months, or 2-3 years if frozen, thats your best bet, get of few cycles of that, its really effective shit and sides aren't too harsh, maybe get 1 cycle of M1T to try (it will last till 2008, and even if you don't use it its cheap at £7 a bottle/cycle anyway), if you try it and want more i've stocked up on way too much M1T so i can always chuck ya some

BTW where in the UK u from?

I'm back in the gym after a long lay off (I was a 12 stone lean mutha back in '99 but I split with a girl and never made it back in). I'm pleased with my progress and I've been building up my routine slowly. Just working out twice a week at the moment but gonna increse that to three in the new year and four around the beginning of march.

Eating is comming on good, I still need to figure out exactly how much protein and calories I need eat. I'm taking in 150g of protein a day, as for calories? Well my belly is slowly going down and my muscles are growing but I haven't counted.

Its good to know that the supplements will keep. I don't want to take them at the moment, I'm not ready, I need to pack some more muscle first and we're trying for our second baby at the minute. I haven't read anything to say that you shouldn't take ph during procreation but why take a risk you don't have to?????

I've got some S1+, maybe I'll get some more. I'll get a bottle Of M1T if it lasts that long what you gonna stack it with? Research suggests 4AD or 4Derm is a must. I know they are essentially the same thing but looks like 4derm is more effective??

I'm looking to gain 12kg and I reckon by the time I start my christmas shopping next year my goal will be in sight!!!!!!
