Whey Protein
I'm 16 years old and weight about 140. I work out on a regular schedule. I'm interesting in taking 100% Whey Protein. How much should I take daily? When should I take it? Should I split the daily serving up and if so how?

Its usually good to have a post work out protien shake.
But how much you take a day is up to your dietary needs. Protien shakes are really used to fill holes in ones diet. If someone needs 400g of protien a day, but cant get it all in with real food, he can use shakes to get him there. There are alot of good guides(many on the diet forum) about calculateing the calories you need a day(and how many of those calories should be protien.) Aside of my morning shake and post work out shake I usually strive to eat my daily calorie macros from real food. God knows real food tastes better :-P |

I recommend you to go for a blended protein instead of Whey.
Stick to your diet and get as much of protein from your diet. Supplements can never replace good diet. If going for Whey, Except Post Workout, blend your whey in milk for maximum results and time released proteins.
