Amino vs Protein
So what is the difference between aminoacids and proteins? I know that proteins are made up of aminoacids. The question is: for the bb what is the difference in effect (if there is any, appart from the time interval needed for their absorbtion).
Thanks! cmf85ro |

Amino = $$$$
Protein = $ Proteins break down into amino acids anyway, time interval is the only thing 'special' about them.
