Today I bought 72 Met-RX Protein Plus bars, that expire May 2004 for 39 dollars out the door at Vitamin World... ended up being like 6 dollars a box of 12... crazy blow out... the guy at the store told me Vitamin World bought Met-Rx so they are clearancing out all the old stuff for dirt cheap... but what I think is sweet is the bars don't even expire until May 2004...

Yeah mayo, I agree with oaktown. Great deal, but I don't think I would eat those for free...

OC is doing aight... and... saturated fat is the new THING!

Oh... and it's the same amount of saturated fat as only 2 servings of natural peanut butter... if you're diet is clean these are a good mid morning meal...

Mayo, the Saturated fat is one thing, but check out those ingredients. It's like over 2 inches long heh, and I need a dictionary to identify 70% of the ingredients, that's what scares me!

Damn your lucky... I get 80 MRP from Met-Rx for 100$. Thats the best price I can find em. If I were you I would eat 2-3,4,5,maybe even 6 a day! haha mmm Met-Rx.

the thing is... i don't feel like some fruit or some nuts will give me as much complete nutrition as a good protein bar MRP... I do work and can't just make a meal, therefore a bar like this is a very good addition to a good diet at least in my opinion... I guarentee you one of these Met-Rx bars is better than a whole wheat peanut butter and jelly sandwich... i think that sort of puts it in perspective...

cuz you can't make a shake in your car while driving...

cuz I work out in the field and sometimes in the office... I can just throw a bar in my laptop bag as I'm leaving and I'm never without some good nutrition...

I wouldn't call that bar good nutrition, but atleast it's got some protein.
