    question on when to take 1-ad

    i workout on my lunch break around noon. I am taking my first dose around 8am. Should I take the second dose beofre I go workout at noon or wait til 1pm when Im finished?

    I would try to keep them evenly divided as possible. Your 8am dose is close enough to your noon WO.

    I'd go 8am - 2pm - 8pm.

    Yes, do as JD posted; I am simply saying that thrice-daily dosings spaced at 8hour intervals is ideal.
