Training: 3 days alternating upper/lower body, 3 day cardio 20 mins. fisrt thing in the morning.
Diet: 6 meals a day low fat.
Supplements: MR, creatine, hmb, glutimine, cla, ala, vitimin c, multi vitimin,,ephedrine/clen(ventipulmin)alternating, cuts.
Goals:lose 50 lbs body fat. 3 months
Weight 350 lbs
Height: 5'10

Overdose on what?
And low fat doesn't necessarily equal good diet. It's a matter of total calories, and nutrient ratios---in addition to training approach (and perhaps supplementation).
Get your fish oil.
It is possible to lose 50 pounds in three months, however, depending on who you are and what you're doing, a good deal of it could be muscle if you're not up on your diet and training.
It's good to set goals, however, it's even better to establish a sound, consistent plan, taking it step by step so to be certain that you're not going to fall into an abyss.
