    best value/rating creatine...

    I'm think it's time for me to use creatine.

    Been using Optimum 100% whey.

    whats a good brand of creatine, thats not going to bust my wallet.

    i know the cell-tech's stuff are super expensive

    should i be looking for whey + creatine combo or just creatine, is there a difference?
