    question for GP

I bought the Micellean Bioactive superfood Vanilla today, and I tried to take it with a bottle of water mixing it in my shaker cup. It is damn near impossible to drink because its so thick and chunky. even after stiring it still wasnt good. I just wanted to know if you could recommend a method of preparing it. I have limited access to what i can use since I m at school.

    Thanks

Also I bought VPX Thinfat since while at vitaminshoppe i didnt see redline, idk if its good or not, but we'll see I finished that clenbutrx burnt off about 4 lbs, it was defintly a HUGE energy booster.

Stick it in a blender if you have one. Otherwise, good luck

Does your shaker have that little grid in it to break up the chunks? If not...buy one. Also, if I'm using some thing that is too clumpy, I let it sit longer and shake it periodically.

    HAHA very funny Tank.
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.
