It's a great sleep aid. I never feel druged when I use it. Neither does my wife. I hear that DHEA and melatonin together can trigger clusters in those who get them. I suffer from them 2-3 times a year, but they've never happened while taking melatonin.

The statue of Liberty no longer reads "Bring us your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses..."
Now she's holding a baseball bat and it reads "Bring It On."

(read some articles of that page already)

what do you mean by "clusters"? can't understand... (bad english)

I used it once, and my sleep was a mess! could slept only a few min then woke up, and all night long on this... i can say that i woke up (beeing woken more than 10 min) more than 5 times that night!
I don't know but it could be just that night and melatonin had nothing to do with it...but doubt it!

well, i'll try one of these days a pill again! but i'm not very happy with the ideia since i had a hell of a day after that night...

and forgot to mention: it didn't make me feel doped too!

And by the way, i already used valerian, and it worked great for me in effect of the quality of my sleep! (could sleep more than 10 hrs without awake once, something that i couldn't do for years) But it seemed to be less useless to aiding me the sleep! I like i.

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

I use melatonin from time to time. The trick for me was using the time released type. The other stuff wore off too quickly. Another thing you could try is Valerian Root. You can find it in pill form and in tea. GOOD stuff!

Actually it does have bodybuilding benifits. More, deeper sleep = more released hormones and shit. It works so great, I take it everynight. Good after a long night of drinking too.

Clusters are a type of migrane headache. They hurt like hell and last anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
