    Supplements

    What are some good supplements that are clean and will
    not affect your skin , hair or sex drive, I have taken about
    everything and nothing seems to give me the strength I'm
    looking for. Also I dont want to feel Horny all day either. Here
    is what I have taken. I'm looking to cut the fat and gain mass
    with lean muscle. Damn it takes forever to gain size in Muscle's
    I dont care how often you work out.

    N02
    Creatine
    Protein
    Hmb
    Glutimine

    Has anybody done the T-Bomb thing yet ?

    what the fuck are you looking for man???? you are looking for a product that does no exist, how long have you been working out?
    Do you have a good diet and regular persistant lifting routine, 8 hours a sleep a night??? or are you eating BigMac mondays and drinking mountian dew after you get out of the gym????? How old r u anyways, and tell us a little bit about yourself first before we can help you man, No2 and all the other shit you took works prettywell with a good diet and exercise program man, there is no superpill thats gona make you bigger overnight, if there was there would be so many fat people al around the world, Hard work and persistency is the magic pill in this case, plus please dont ask if there is any steroids without sideaffects ecause all the strong shit out there is gona fuck with your testosterong levels....Dont get mad at me now, i dont mean to be rude, afterall we were all in the same boat when we started lifting, hang around here in the forums you will learn a lot of stuff..

    i take No2, creatine, L-glutamine and ofcourse Protein and its all good stuff and it works pretty well to add to (supplement) my diet and excersise program.....

    mreed614, basically you are already taking the supps that I would recommend that are "non-hormonal", except HMB I think that one is a waste, so if I were you I would focus on diet and training.

    mreed614 Try some CLA and EFAs to help cut the fat. Thats what I take along with my protein, glute, and swole v2. I feel like the CLA and the EFA's have help with my bodyfat thats just my .02
    What type of creatine are you using?

    sounds like you walked into gnc and looked around for supps.......... gnc is overpriced, and for the most part does not sell anything good....and what they do have that is good, you can get online for soo much cheaper...


    t-bomb for example is a pitifully underdosed 1-t prohoromone..PH's do effect the hair, skin, sex drive etc..so basde on what you said you wanted, you should avoid it...however you would have to drop like 300 bones to get enough tabs to make a effective cycle anyway :-P

    damn, i think he is embaresed to say anything to us now, talk to us man tell us ur needs tell us ur goals and your stats its ok if you thought that you can buy and drink your way into a good body, but you are just pissing your money away (literally) by taking in these products without knowing how to make them work for you..........talk to us man, we just wanna help.

    hehehe, plus i gota include that you said this above : " I don't care how often you workout" i think you need lots more information about bodybuildng, my opinion is that you still think the more you workout your muscles the more they will grow, not true at all so if you want us to help you than write us back, otherwise just let us tease you out of here, hehehhe

    i didnt mean to come off to embarrass him..everyone is new at one time or another...i used to go in gnc and waste money...i used to overtrain ...hell i considered using steroids as early as 15 or 16 years old....everyone has to start somewhere and make mistakes...

    shit man when i first started bodybuilding i heared everyone talking about protein so i kinda imagined protein to be like streoid shit damn man i went around and didnt know absolute shit about anthing damn, those were some ebaresing times when i think about it,
