    Anyone ever tried?

Doubling the dosage of Swole V.2... say 2 scoops twice a day?

Just curious... i can feel it's effect... but it feels more mild then when i started pure creatine monohydrate...

Just curious if more would be beneficial or if perhaps it might be detrimental...

That is why I just stick to pure creatine monohydrate.

I also stick to pure monohydrate, but I just purchased some swole. I doubt that the effects would be detrimental... I plan on adding all of my leftover monohydrate into the swole v2. This way I can use up both and get more out of it

    Hey there PreMier....how's it going?

Let me know what you think of V2... If you see major differences then maybe I'll try it.

I'm not trying to dog Swole V.2... I think because of the hype you expect more... the only real difference i have noticed is maybe a little more endurance and a slight increase in pump... but i got bigger pump from cheap pure creatine in water... i do feel leaner on the swole than i did on the regular creatine, but my diet is enormously different from then too... so hard to say...

The V2 has given me a greater and longer pump feeling and I love it.

Once in the morning with protein shake and once after eating dinner. I sometimes will add a third dose in the middle of the day.

I would think that taking it as a post w/o dose is the best.
Like the steroid guys say...what is the term, "oh yeah". The golden hour is the best time.. 1 hour after workout.

With creatine monohydrate powder I take 5 grams 30 minutes before workout (pre) and 5 grams after (post). I would think the V2 would be the same...doesn't it give you a guideline on the tub?

I havent got it in the mail yet. LOL

I always took my creatine post w/o within 10mins of finishing, and then right before bed in my protein(5mg both times).

Soo, I was thinking take the swole post w/o and then normal monohydrate before bed. But hell, I dunno

Well I don't know about taking the normal creatine before bed, but I know that they say it is not good taking regular fast protein before bed. They say if you take protein before bed it should be a slow protein like you get from cottage cheese. Actually I know someone who I think has marketed a nightime protein supplement. When I heard he was releasing it, I thought it sounded like a great product. I will check into it.

Well they claim that its totally diffrent from regualar creatine and you do not need to take it the same way. Its kind of a mental thing for me as I think if you took it and hour before working out that you would get a better pump but thats just me. I actually have been taking it once in the morning and then 2 to 3 hours post workout and I have had very awesome pumps. Sometimes your arms feel like they get in the ways when your half way done with your workout, but that is a great feeling.

    Quick story.

I was in the gym the other day and one of my buddy's said how is your triceps forming. I showed him and he said yeh your getting some great definiton on them. Well three weeks after using swole he had asked to see them again to see the progress and he goes what happend there not as defined as they were three weeks ago. I explained that it was the swole. My arms were so pump that you actually loose definiton while working out and then the next day or 2 to 3 hours later it comes back to normal viewing mode. It is a great feeling when your arms feel twice as big as they really are. Again its a mental thing if they sweal up you hope that they will stay that way or you will hope that when they do come back to normal that you will have gained some mass from the effects.

Thats my two cents and I will continue to use swole v2. Im on my second tub as we speak.

I had to do 3 scoops a day 1 1/2 per serving to feel anything.I liked V12 quite a bit better and only needed 2 scoops a day. Both are quality products IMHO
