yet another creatine question

What is the shelf life of creatine? I bought some maybe a year ago and have not taken it for a few months. I'd like to start up again. Let's say I buy creatine today. How long before it goes "bad"?

Most quality creatine products have a shelf life of a couple of years, however,I wouldn't go past one year to be sure. You don't want to be sucking down creatinine.

Prolab's got a 2 year date printed on the label. (3/01 - 3/03) is what's on mine.
