Im thinking of adding some more supplements based on what everyone suggests

    Current supplements our

    whey protein powder
    swole v2
    twinlab dual tab multi's
    omega 3,6,9
    chromium picolante
vpx z14- meltdown as a fat burner

Im thinking about adding these supps just for the nutritional value and to help aid in overall welleness. Please let me know what ones you would pick if any. Or if you would go with all three.

    zma

    r-ala

    glutamine

    Thank you.

    drop the omega 3,6,9

the only thing you need in your diet is probaly 3's, so just get fish oil

IMO ZMA and glutamine are worthless

from what I remember your diet included a couple protein bars... most likely your getting plenty of zinc and magnesium... I have read some good things about R-ALA... but I've also heard that not all of the products are good... I don't think you'll get much benefit from Glutamine... but it wouldn't hurt... what are your goals?
    Are you kidding me????

I would add ICE (BCAAs) to your supplements. it has to be one of the best additions I have made. Usually take 4 scoops with one scoop gatorade during my workout.

Bulknutrition also has it on special this month. It also contains glutamine in (i do not think it makes a diff), but it is still the cheapest BCAA powder I could find

Word of advice though, GET THE GRAPE if you decide to buy it.

I am also a big fan of Kreataine Ultra from www.blackstarlabs.com

Definitely Glutamine. ZMA isnt worth the money you pay, besides, you probably get the same amount of zinc from your multi-vitamin if its a good one.

One thing I started supplementing with many people dont talk about is Isomer-E and Vitamin C. Both are strong antioxidants, and since including these in my plan, I have felt more vibrant and avoided a lot of the flu/colds that have been going around my area.

Isomer-E is supposed to have 100% more antioxidant strength than Regular-E and 100 times more than synthetic-E. It has all 4 tocherphols in it.
