A body builder tries to consume enough protein in grams to equal their body weight. If you weigh 200 then you want to try to consume 200 grams of protein a day. Body builders also try to setup a 5-6 meal diet per day. You want to setup each meal about 2-3 hours apart. So during your 6 meal schedule you add in your protein (not more than say 50 grams per meal).
Your body can only consume about 45-50 grams of protein in a 2 hour period.
1. oatmeal and piece of toast
2. protein shake (50 grams) 2 scoops
3. Tuna (50 grams)
4. Chicken breast (50 grams)
5. bananna and some nuts
6. protein shake (50 grams)..
This is an example... Protein within 6 meals totals your body
weight of 200lbs.. All spread apart within 2-3 hours.
That is basically how it is done son. (Good Luck).
6.
Just wanted to provide a quick example plouffe...
I know there are much better diet plans
This is my diet plan:
1. bagel with cream cheese
2. mcdonalds saugage/egg biscuit
3. burger king whopper with cheese
4. chocolate cake and a beer
5. 6 tacos
6. protein shake and a beer
