    I'm such a sucker....

    I finally ordered my absolved from 1fast...

    I have lost considerable abdominal fat but I'm forking out for the magical shortcut...

    I'll be posting a log and pics and diet and exercise and everything... Should be interesting...

    Anyone have any tips before i start?

    not until 2005... I need at least 15 pounds of LBM before I would even consider it... My Vacation to Hawaii in July will sort of be like a competition... I'll let you know the results when i get back

    I have been on for 3 days and I can say that there has been significant water loss in the area. I got the same results from sytenhance which I believe has the same carrier, at least they smell the same, so maybe it is the carrier.
    If sense were common, everyone would have it.
