    Both are Beneficial actually essential.

Both Contain Omega 3 fatty acids

    Fish Oil However contains epa/dha

Both are good and a variety of essential fatty acids would be the best way to approach it

    Excellent

Another thing Fish oil has readily available EPA/DHA and with Flax Oil your body has to convert it to EPA/DHA an its not a full conversion at that.

I wouldn't go overboard with fish oil, you don't want your body to get lazy on making it's own EPA/DHA, also while cutting I prefer fish oil, while bulking I prefer flaxseed oil.

I think omega-6 is not necessary since we get that a lot. I heard that it is 16:1, omega-6 : omega-3 the proportion of a regular american diet.
I forgot where is the omega-9 though.
