Question on Flax
sorry don't know where i should have posted this
I will be starting DP & w8lifter - Bulking with Slow Burners next week and i have questin about flax , now do they sell oil mixes?
can i just take flax and not safflower?
i did a search and i couldn't fine the answer i ws looking for. sorry if its been asked before. thanks for your time

you can buy Flax oil, I recommend Fish oil.
