cell tech and supplements for 19 year olds

my friend is about to take cell tech but i tell him it is a waste of money from what i hear. i dont know personally why its a waste but if anyone knew i would appricate it. also what are some supplements other than protein, glut, creatine and multivitiam that a 19 year old could take. i know diet is important but there has to be something else i could take.

I've heard people say that Cell Tech is a good creatine supp, not a great one,but a good one. Many people I know prefer the MMUSA products and TRAC. Those are the most popular creatines in my area/circles....

Cell-Tech is fine, the reason people say it's a waste of money is because you can buy creatine and dextrose for about half the price (maybe even less).

Cell-Tech has 10 grams of creatine in each serving. If you take a serving a day it costs around $1.80 a day. Pure Creatine Monohydrate costs around $0.03 a day if you take 10 grams a day. Cell-Tech is a quality product but it is very expensive.

A lot of people like Syntrax's Swole V2. It's a creatine supplement. I tried it and i didn't think it worth the money. It mostly just gives you a good pump. It's like $30 for a 30 day supply. For protein i would recommend Optimum 100% Whey. It's cheap, good quality, and tastes good. Nitro-tech is a better protein supplement but is very expensive for protein and it has the worst taste ever. I gauge every time i have a "delicious chocolate" shake.
