BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Okay, I've used glucose-delivery systems for creatine- got good size gains, but lots of water retension. I've tried Nitro-loading systems- less water retension, and less gains.
What's the deal with these sub-lingual drops? Has anyone tried them? |

I would NOT recommend buying creatine in water suspensions. Creatine breaks down when in water so you're not really getting much useful creatine in those type of products.

I thought it sounded fishy... Are they all water suspensions?
Is there a liquid that creatine does not break down in? |

I agree with the above post Dimaxx Muscle Creatine Plus works very well with no water retention. Prices are ALL OVER THE PLACE -- as high as $79.95. But you can get it for $39.99 at http://www.healthcenterplus.com
