I just bought some ON 100% whey in chocolate yesterday and it taste ok with water.

I been mixing it in the blender, don't know if that would make a difference or not compared to just shaking it.

I would be shaking it. Basically it's a quick protein fix between class.

O.N. Whey tastes very good mixed with water. It's a little thin, so I add some ff/sf jello to mine to thicken it up. Chocolate tastes great. Good luck.

If its for a quicky who cares that it tastes great? Thats always nice but I just chug them, I've been using the same brand and same flavor of chocolate protein now for probably the last 60 pounds of whey I've gone through. I really dont care it lasts about 20 seconds on my tongue and its gone.

I go to Costco for a 6 pound, $19.99 jug of Pro-Rated protein, best price I've seen.

ON Chocolate or vanilla is also good, I find the comment that it tastes "ok" in water funny as I thought it was as good as Ovaltine!

Mudge, yeah I made sure I used the "okay" comment, mainly because I've drank some pretty umm what’s the word, awful tasting shakes. I can drink any kind of shake since a friend of mine owns a supplement store and I get great deals. So I’ll get what I can for cheap. Okay flavor would be nice, but I just need something that won't clump up like sand when using a shaker bottle. THANKS!

Mudge and I must have different taste buds... I thought the Costco chocolate whey tasted awful in water. Now mixing it with cold milk tastes more like ovaltine to me.

I think your better off drinking it with milk anyway, you get to add the protein from the milk into the equation.

I can see though for those who seek portability that they would need something that mixes well with water. I'm affraid to try it anymore though since I have tried half a dozen chocolate whey's and all taste awful with water
