What program best suits a cycle of M1T?
Since I'm taking the M1T, I want to get as much bang for my buck as possible. I want to use a program that will put on as much size as I can while Im on my test. Like the saying goes, "make hay while the sun shines".
Im using a Dual Factor like training method for my first two weeks on the VPX M1T, taking a week off and pondering between a GoPro Power workout, MAX OT or something similar. What do you guys think? |

High protein intake (1.5- 2 grams per pound of bw), lift heavy, increase intensity & frequency of training, increase calories.

Take any good program that normal works for you and increase the volume, frequency and/or intensitym by 25-50%.
Prince's advice about increase protein intake is a great one too. |
