    Ahhhhh, SWOLE!

I placed an order with www.1fast400.com late wednesday night last week, it arrived on friday morning. Great service! Today was the first day I really noticed the gains in the gym. I did the same amount of weight, but more reps in every excercise. I was really impressed. Also, on my bike ride this evening, I kept a much higher pace throughout the whole ride. It felt like I had more energy and and I didn't begin to slow down towards the end of the route. We'll see how the rest of the cycle goes...

No, I have not experienced that. I came off the flu about a month ago and took a liquid codeine with chest flem loosener. Holy cow, I never broke out that bad in my life.

The swole is the only thing that has differed in my daily routine so i'm pretty sure it's the cause. It's not a shitload of zits. Several really small ones around my temples and a few more near my hairline. Maybe i'm allergic or something. Happened right after i started the loading phase.

There is no loading phase with Swole! Why are you loading?

I wouldn't stay on it for more then a jug and then take a break followed by regular creatine monohydrate, that one ingrediante blocks the absorbtion of creatine to other body parts that need it other then muscle tissue so it could cause damage in the long run, also i believe if you follow up with regular creatine you can re saturate those bodyparts and bring them back up

in ref. to the absorbtion............he's linking his thoughts in ref. to TEST Magazine regarding what they said about Swole.

I'm not getting into this one. I disagree.

enkai -- Why the hell would you go from taking swole to a Creatine Monohydrate with out taking a break? That's the point of cycling off.....Then back on....................

GPA can only replace creatine if taken in large dosages so that it competitively inhibits creatine uptake and usage. This is not a concern with the dosages and formula used in Swole.

It was the swole that was breaking me out. I haven't used any this week and the breakout on my forehead is going away. Only other supplements I'm taking are multivitamens, flaxseed oil, and lean body mrps. I've been taking those for years now so i know it wasn't that. I've also used creatine before with no problems as well. Anyone reccomendations besides swole? And yes I did love it! But I'm way to vain to have acne in my late 20's.
