    Done with 1-AD, how many 6-OXO to take?

    Just got done doing 1 month of 1-AD, 3xa day. How many 6-OXO and for how long should I take? Thanks!

    What were your gains and what kind of sides (if any) did you see? Sorry the reply isn't sticking with the thread but I'm thinking of trying 1-AD and just need some opinions on it

    this would be a typical 4 week cycle of 6OXO:

    Week 1 - 600mg daily (2 doses, morning and night)
    Week 2 - 400mg daily
    Week 3 - 400mg daily
    Week 4 - 300mg daily
