    ephedrine

    Ok I searched this one but didn't find much. I was wondering with the ephedrine what else to take? I've read caffien (200mg) but that was said just to burn fat. Also asprin. I dunno what I should be doin. I tend to get jittery with caffien sometimes but not always. I got some ephedrine the other week and tried 1 tab and it did nothing. I took 2 today before chest and I loved it. I was pumped and went much higher in weights. But then again I had a spotter with me the whole time so I wasn't afraid to go heavy.

    So should I take in addition to the ephedrine some caffien and asprin? I mean fat loss isn't the goal now with a month left of bulking but it is always welcome. I'm still kinda high at 13% from 24% in september but its not my main concern now.

    What are you trying to get ephedrine to do for you? If not a fat burner, then just a pre-w/o energy boost?

    If the latter is the case, you need to take caffeine with it. The ephedrine alone wont do much at all.

    I want it for energy. I took the two this morning and had a cup of coffee before (forgot about that). I guess I ned to buy some caffeine pills now.

    Ok so now just for energy I take it like 20-30mins before my workout w/ 200mg's of caffeine. What about for fat loss? Should I take it with caffeine and how many times a day should I take it?

    Take the caffeine with it, 200-300mg. And take it 3 or 4 times daily.

    Sorry but I'm curious why exactly you take it 3 times a day? Is it for the fat burning reason to keep metab running? Or to keep it in the system like creatine?

    if your just goin for the boost...pre work out is fine...3 times a day is better for fat loss, cause it will keep it in your system...though i dont know off hand what the half life of ephed is...
