    Muscle Relaxation..

Is there any supplements that cause muscle relaxation.. Something I could take after a long day of training and just relax on? Thanks.

LOL... cycobenzaline is a good muscle relaxer. Also check out Ultracet. It is a mild painkiller, and it is VERY mild on the liver.

A5-35 cream. either the ice or the one that heats up. really soothes the muscles.

Meditation works for me...progressive relaxation...close your eyes and conciously visualize the muscles in your toes and "see" them relax...slowly work your way up to the top of your head (should take about 15 min)...focus on your breathing as well....ain't nutin healthier!
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right.

Icing the muscle will cause vasoconstriction, limiting the blood supply to the muslce (this is why you ice your muscle to prevent swelling). Heat will cause vasodilation, increasing the amount of blood to the muscle and causeing it to relax.

    Nope

go to your doctor, tell him/her you're suffering from muscle tension, etc...... you'll get something. NAPROXEN kicks some SERIOUS butt though.....Great stuff

If your doctor won't give it to you, go to an Urgent Care Center. You'll def. get it from them
