    1AD... Will I gain Bodyfat or lean mass??

    I start my 1ad hopefully next week, I'm awaiting my supply of 4ad before I start though. My question is will I gain lean body mass (or will it help me loose fat) or gain some bodyfat?? Also I eat about 2500 to 3000 calories a day will I need to up that??

    the 1-ad should be only lean mass, the 4-ad is where you will get some fat

    how much do you weigh currently and what is your BF% (if you know). I dont know a bunch but 2500-3000 sounds low. I am at ~4500-5000 and I am not stuffing myself of course I weight 235
