    Swole V2 Question?

    Should I take swole every day, including non training days?
    And should I still take 2 servings a day?

    2 servings...8 hours apart on training days. 1 serving on nontraining days is what i do, and what i've been told.

    yes and yes. 8 hours aprt like rte617 said, with food.

    Are there any additional supplements recomended to stack with swole V2? Ill be starting on it next week during my bulk cycle.

    when you say with food

    does it mean, eat and drink the stuff at hte same time

    or after you just ate and you chug the thing?

    yep..i have mine with breakfast and then usually my post-workout meal which is around 3 or 4..a good 9-10 hours apart at least
