4-ad effective dose?

What's everyone consider an effective dose?
I'm thinking 300mg oral ed.
I know this may be on the low end, but I'm staking it with 30mg m-1-t amd just want to maintain some Test in my system.

Why oral? The M1T will stress your liver enough. 300 mg ED of a transdermal 4AD should work great.

Orally you will need 800-1200mg/day.
