Question What if I stay in the "loading" forever (20-25g creatine) ?

I heard in some threads that the loading is effective and the results really comes faster. Of course it is the high dosage.

So, Why not do it forever ?

I am wondering if taking everyday 20 g of creatine is too much. What do you think ? OD is possible? Thanks

You will be wasting your money and probably not doing your kidneys any good either.

After about a week, your muscles are fully saturated and doing high doses will do nothing but give your kidneys more stuff to filter out. Basically you will pee your money down the drain.

    FOREVER! Kidney failure most likely.

but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Because creatine won't lead to the failure of your kidneys.. Doesn't put that much stress on them.

yeah, I do not think it would cause kidney failure, although it would not really be healthy, it would be similar to taking excessive amounts of vitamin B or C.
