    Vanadyl

    taken off the maximuscle website...

"Just take 1-2 capsules of V-X5 before training and you will experience excellent pumps in the gym, feel fuller and more pumped afterwards. You will feel V-X5 work when taken 15-20 minutes before training or competition. Bodybuilders, who take V-X5 as their long-term supplement will experience greater strength, vascularity and muscle size in around 3-7 days, with general hardness and better results from your other supplements when taken for 1 month on, 1 month off. V-X5 is an exciting and excellent product for bodybuilders and the strongest of its kind.

Numerous top bodybuilders and three Mr. Olympia bodybuilders have used Maximuscle’s Vanadyl formula to increase vascularity on stage and up to competition. If this product doesn’t give you a pump and make you feel like a person possessed, nothing will! Take it today and you won’t look back."

    it sounds awesome!

any truth in this? i'm thinking of giving it a go!

if anyone uses it please post your opinions, and recommended dosages

    peace

I use prolab Vanadyl! I'm taking just 15 mg of Vanadyl Sulfate.
Think if it worth most if you use some carbo/dextrose with it to achieve a bigger insulin spike... About the vascularity, i see no effect!

I'm seeing the VX-5 ingridients... It seems like a big mix there...
I'd don't have the minimal ideia of what can do vanadyl sulfate interacted with ALA and Chromium polynicotinate

"Caution:- A warm or flushing feeling may occur with this product. This is a temporary and harmless effect which is caused by the increased circulation to the skin surface. Always take with food."
-- Don't like much this statement..

I use Vanadyl only... But can't help you with that interactions!

    See more opinions bro...
