    Yeah, I don´t know Twin labs, well I don´t know any labs yet

    I am wondering if that creatine is monohydrate or not ? I don´t see in the label nothing about it.

    Another thing that caught my attention was the DSM, I don´t know what it is. I was "googleing" and it seems to be some Austria standard.

    One more thing, the Cirtic Acid is ok ?
