    How much fish oil

Ok I know this is like beating a dead horse, but I still ain't got it.

Here is the data on the capsules I purchased
    Take 2 daily

    10 calories
    natural fish con. 850mg
    epa 240mg
    dha 200mg

I really lose it between grams and mg
How do I figure the correct amount for my body weight?

    Thanks

    1,000 mg's = 1 gram

because my diet is so low in fat right now I use around 8 fish oil caps per day.

Good recommendation........maybe up to 18/20 a day, depending on your needs.

I would stick mainly with flax oil and fish oil. Although there is place for such like olive oil.

There is no dietary amount recommended for fish oil (omega3). I have seen doctors say to take 1tbsp of flax per 50lbs. of bodyweight. I usually take 2-3tbsp a day (about 24-38g daily).

    Natural PB is a fat...............it doesn't contain omega 3 or 6.

    Natty PB is Omega 6
fish oil or flax oil are omega 3

I believe UDO's blend is supposed to be a perfect blend of omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9?? Don't really know, I have never used the stuff.
