    CreatineMonohydrate

hmmm, ok. I got me a bottle of CreatineMonohydrate because i got it really cheap from GNC (11$) i always used meta-cell and that wasnt so bad but to fugging expensive and they always gave me directions on how many g i should take in and when. I was just wondering how much and when i should take in after my 4 day loading period, the bottle says not to take more than 5grams a day (not in those words but thats how i understood it) but i think 5 grams are not enought i was thinking more like 10 grams all at once or spread 5 grams into 2 servings a day, what do you guys think on this issue and how long should i cycle it or not.............

I have always been told to take the 5g's after my workout and thats it for the day. It use to work for me. Some say though if your not getting the full effects take 10g's a day 5 in the morning and 5 after your workout. As for cycling I just used the entire bottle then took a little break from it. Provided I'm not using a 5 gallon bucket of it

5 gram doesn't do it for me and I'm ONLY 180 lbs. 10 grams is about right.
