Okay--I just got a shipment of supplements. Way excited as starting a new supp. always gets me motivated.

I'm looking to cut fat while retaining lean mass. I am currently taking lots of Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, Chrom., and Arginine.

My new "cycle" includes:

Guggol Complex (Guggol Sterones)
CLA
Coelonol/Forskolin (Syntrax XXX)

And a few varieties of ephedra-based "chargers" for low-energy days (HydroxyLean, Yellow Subs, and homemade--basically ECA stacks)

My question is this:

What's the best time to take Guggol and CLA? Before meals? After meals? Post workout? Doesn't matter as long as it's spaced out equally?

Anyone have experience with this "stack?"
