    Exclamation SWOLE V2. So far.....

Been using swole v2. twice a day for 2 weeks now. So far i honestly can't say that I notice or feel any type of increase in strength or energy..? I did gain about six pounds though!
seems like the pounds are in my stomach though.....
So what gives is this swole shit for real? or is it all hype?
I'm wondering if i should just go back to good ole' CELL TECH, wich I used in previous years and the results were pretty good. What do you guys think? SWOLE or CELL-TECH?

I've been taking for about a week. Have noticed that I look harder and muscles seem to have more 'volume' to them. However I am also cleaning up my diet, which may be the culprit. Feeling a slightly better pump during workouts bit other than that not much different.

I use Swole and get some awesome pumps..but I do 1 1/2 scoops per serving and generally do the servings closer together than the bottle reccommends.

If you need some advice, please send me a PM with your current training schedule and diet. Also, provide how much and how often you're currently taking Swole.

Hey Deez -- Is that schedule working for you?

There is no fast way. Your outcome depends entirely on you!

Swole will help you get your "pump" on however, if this is all new to you, it will take you a while to get into the rhythm. You need a structure.

What supps are you currently taking?

    BTW -- Congrats.

I take it pre-work out. I train in the morning (530AM) and have it before I go to the gym.

I started mixing the swole in with my protein drink during my second week. This when I noticed I was getting a better pump. Not sure if this due to taking it for two weeks or because of the combination with the protein shake (which i treat as a meal). I take another one later in the day with dinner, straight, no mixing on training days. On off days I only have the one in the morning.

    Hope this helps.

well now i might think different... Today I took Swole "BEFORE" my work-out instead of after for the first time, and I gotta say I had a shitload of energy and strength! I don't know if it was possible that it was a coincidence or if it was the swole but i felt a big difference today.

I gotta say I took my Swole V 2 Pre and Post workout and I seemed to have the greatest pump ever. It is now the top of my list because I have not had a pump in months. Thanks Syntrax. LOL.

I just received my V12 today from Mike@1fast and will be taking it in the next few mins... Fruit punch V12... i just finished tangy orange Swole V2... gotta admit I'm not all that stoked on the Swole... I'm hoping the V12 does a bit better, if not, I'll just switch back to regular creatine monohydrate...

I'd like to see a comparison of GO from BSL with creatine monohydrate against Swole and V12 from SAN

V12 tastes ok, i got fruit punch... dig legs last night, didn't notice any differences from the Swole... but I'll know more in the next few weeks... need to do a few upperbody workouts to really assess the pump...
    Are you kidding me????
