    Exclamation I want my Viens back!!!

    About 3 yrs. ago when i was working-out pretty steady i had bulging viens. working out steady again but can't get that vacular lokk anymore. anyone think they might know why or had the same experience? and is there any supplement out that will give me big viens and increased blood-flow?

    as far as i know it a lean issue im on my cuting cycle and my veins are starting to pop up also, but i wich there is somekind of supplement you can take to make ut vein pop because i would take it right away...........

    i weighed less then, I was a bout 148 then im about 165 now. if thats what you mean about being leaner prince.

    usually vascularity is contributed to a combination of a quite low BF% plus the overall amount of LBM...

    Whats your Body Fat %? Just because you weight more doesn't mean you are leaner then before, you could have added some fat thats covering up those prized gems Also doesn't the amount of water you drink affect it?

    u were probably leaner back then. to have good veins you need to be lean and have some muscle although i know plenty of people that have a shit load of veins and haven't touck a weight in their life.

    yeah I know wicked skinny people that have "crazy" veins. but on the other hand ive seen 250 lbs. "beefcakes" with shit loads of veins too. i wonder if it has to do with blood flow? as far as NO is that NO2 your talking about? about a year ago that shit was selling out like no tommorow but i think all the hype died off as of atley...

    hahahhahahaha, the "NO" product is referd as : There is NO product for veins. heheh, its ok i didnt think people are going to get it anyways....
    but yeah, i have a friend he is so fugging skinny (like 130 pounds at like 5"8-9 , he eats like a cow but never gains weight anyways he has weins all over him even accros his forhead.......freaky

    yeah... I work with a dude like that this kid is 6'2" b140 thats right i said 140 his veins are thicker than him lol...

    I think thats the answer as well.

    I have read that keeping you body well hydrated helps vascularity. You still have to be pretty lean for the veins to be visible.
