ALA with creatine?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Wassup' guys. I used to just use plain creatine. As ive heard about combining ALA with creatine... I bought some ALA today along with some pure creatine monohydrate.
My question is, how much ALA should i take with the creatine? And up to what dosage of ALA a person can take without harmful effects? Thanks |
