altough I will add that I do work at a supp store and we have ppl raving over Swole all the time.. the majority seem to love it.

Getting into my second week. First week felt a slightly better pump. This week pump seems to have incresed. I have stated before that muscles seem to have more volume to them and vascularity seems to have increased however I have been eating cleaner and more often which may be the reason.

Not sure Erik, I have wondered the same thing. If I had to choose I would say it was the swole. Why? Because wen i'm in the gym the last thing on my mind is swole. I'm not looking to see whether I feel any different while I am taking this stuff. Still can't be sure

I wasnt impressed with swole at all, but I think the main problem with supplement feedback is that its so subjective. No one is really immune to the "placebo effect" (though some are more susceptible to it than others). We all REALLY want our supps to work whether we are consciously aware of it at the gym or not. Pump is probably the easiest way to gauge how well its working, yet it isnt really necessary for hypertrophy. I'm not saying Swole doesnt work for anyone. Just that I believe some of it is hype. I remember friends telling me the AMAZING gains (and rage ) they were getting from the old andro products. Now look at what we know about them.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

I can tell you now V12 hasn't helped me thus far. I'm on bottle number two but I'm probably going to tweak my diet here soon and maybe thatwill help.

My body definitely responded positively to Swole V2. Much better than creatine. Funny, after using Swole for a while, I kind of stopped noticing it was doing anything (even though it was). Soon as I stopped using it, I felt it. My lifts went down and my pumps weren't as good. I am finishing off a bottle of regular creatine now, but I have a fresh container of orange Swole I am about to break into.

hdm, it looks like there was an influx of pro-swole ppl to fix up that early deficit. . i can't imagine any supplement poll on these threads ending up anything other than overwhelmingly positive. how could it be anything other than that?

I don't understand why nothing positive has been said about swole in the posts in this thread, yet the poll shows 10 people who think it's all that...

not great. i took one tub. when i stopped taking it i did notice strength loss but i don't think it's worth the money compared to what creatine does for much less money.

the phrase " every body is different and it may work for some people but not others" is often used to explain away any non-effects.

when you pay big bucks for something that is advertised as being something other than a food supplement ( like whey protein ), you want the stuff to work in order to justify the expenditure.

so perhaps it works in 10 % - 20% of the people who try it ( a common enough percentage for many medical drugs ). then maybe it does increase what parameter you wish to measure by 5 or 10%. so you have a 1 in 5 chance of being a positive responder if such a thing exsits for this product. you then have to to ask " is the money spent worth that 5 - 10 % gain. ? given the odds against you.

How are you taking it and why haven't you PMed me about this problem you're having? I have helped many people out with this same problem.

    Hi Instant,

If you're just now starting up, please start off as recommended. Do this for 2 weeks. Then send me a PM.

I could not agree more. After 2 weeks, I really felt it, then is seemed to go away, until as Babbon said, once I quite, weight/lifts went down.
I liked it and would reccomend it.
