I have been bb for about 18 months. for the first year or so i neglected a proper diet but then i started learning about proper nutrition and put on a solid 20 lbs in a few months. im 200 lbs and have a low bf.
right now im still gaining about a lb per week but once i start to slow my gains i was thinking about taking something to boost my testosterone. i would only consider taking a legal supplement. im pretty ignorant when it comes to this type of supp and was wondering whats out there.
up to about 2 months ago my caloric intake was too low about 2000 a day. that with lifting 5 days a week made me very lean. i then started eating over 3000 a day and lift 4 times a week and i have been gaining fast. I have never had a bf test but im pretty shredded. the weight im gaining is all lean but could have something to do with ceatine and water retension.
