another 1_ad question
just started a 1 Ad and transdermal 4 AD cycle. I need to know the correct dosages for both and how far apart they should be spread out.

It depends, but I found with 1-AD I needed around 600mgs per day to get anything out of it, 300mgs morning, 300mgs evening.Originally posted by the Scarab

4-AD is typically around 5 squirts twice per day, morning and evening, 12 hours apart.
