    1 month quick cut

I know it's been asked a million times and I've gone through posts for a while now. I will be going on spring break next month and am looking for a good PH stack and/or other supplements out of the realm of metabolic enhancers such as ephedra and redline(since I already take redline).

I've been reading up on M1-T, syngex I & II, absolved and numerous others.

Now my question; what is the best stack for quick bodyfat loss. I have been on a cutting diet for the past month and am seeing good results, I just want something to help boost LBM and cut bodyfat.

I am open to taking stacks. Money is not the biggest issue, but if need be I am willing to spend some cash.

    Thanks all!!!

I just realized I should probably give some stats, I'm 5'10, 206 pounds and maybe around 25-27% bodyfat. I have a pretty stocky build. I'm 21 years old and have tried 1ad before with good results but I'm looking to try something else. I've been lifting for 2 years and this last year I've gotten really serious.

If your bf is that high your best results (in regards to fat loss) will come from proper diet and training, not a supplement.

I know it will and I have changed my diet and have been seeing good results. I just recently this month went on a more strict diet for losing some excess bodyfat in the sense that I'm eating cleaner. I'm doing something like a 40/40/20; whereas I'm usually at or around that but fluctuate more when I wasn't concentrating on fat loss. I'm eating mainly clean foods and using Gopro's p/rr/shock program.

I just want something to boost me a little for this last month before my spring break.

Any suggestions in that realm would be great. Thanks!!
