Good MultiVitamin?

Could someone please suggest a high quality one? I am currently using MegaMan from GNC [quickly ducks] but am wondering if this really the best Multi I could be taking.

All suggestions welcomed.

Thanks

Men don't need the additional iron. I don't need it either because I don't have periods.

She needs it if she's living in a vampire-friendly neighborhood.

Jodi doesn't get periods, she gets exclamation points, the occasional hyphen and intermittent semi-colons.

lol...you ain't kidding.

Back to the issue at hand, I was using the Mega Men pills, but now use Ultimate Man by The Vitamin Shoppe. Same ingredients for about a third of the cost of the GNC pills. They do not contain iron.
