Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to this forum and I think it's a great resource for us to have. I have a couple of concerns. I was taking swole in my protein shake, and although I did see some improvements in strength and pump, I think it will be better taken alone so I just got a bottle of the orange. I just want to know if it will be effective while taking an E/C stack. I was thinking of taking the E/C stack as soon as I get up, then about 30 min later, take my swole in Water and follow that up a few minutes later with my shake. The swole says take with food. From there I am off to the gym. I do weights 4 days, cardio 3 days for 30 min. I would follow up with E/C in the afternoon and swole around dinner. I would appreciate any input as it all adds up to knowledge. I have been working out about a year. Im 5'10 210 Lbs. Thanks! Orlando |

My first week I took swole straight. Felt a slightly better pump. The second week I began mixing it in with my protein shake and the pumps increased. Not sure if this was due to the prolonged use of the swole or mixing with the protein shake.
You may want to experiment with this on your own. If you do, post, curious as the results. ![]() |
