    Yet another question about...

    I just would like to roll all answers into one forum instead of multiple.

    My question is about 1ad/4ad. I know about 300mg week one, 400mg week two, 500mg week three and 600mg week four as far as the 1ad. So the 1 ad should be broken up throughout the day correct??
    Now as far as the 4ad how much should I take daily of that? I think I read 900mg a day. I have this in a powder form from 1fast400 I need a conversion I know 1 gram= 1000mg but what can I use to measure it out and also do I break that up through the day??
    As far as diet do I up my caloric intake. Do I need to up carbs or what? My intake is about 2300 to 2500 per day.
    Post cycle I have a bottle of San Endotest. Is that good or should I go with 6OXO instead?? Do I need to take like milk thistle to support my liver while on this or anything of that nature??

    4ad how much should I take daily of that?
    3-600mg ED max is my opinion, however controversial, i would also not take more than 600 mg ED of 1ad as well

    Do I need to up carbs or what?
    If you're doing a PH cycle, i would up everything(protein, carbs, water, vitamins, flax oil, etc.)

    never tried to San stuff, heard good things about 6oxo though, just use the san stuff and get 6oxo next time

    if you're doing the full stack(1/4), i would recommend it...
