    MesoTech + NitroTech....more

I want to get Muso and Nitro Tech but my mom thinks it's like bad for your health to drink protein shakes. Now my question is if it's good or if it's one of them things that do crap to your body

Why does she thinks it's bad for your health to drink protein shakes?

If I were you I would not buy MuscleTech products, very overpriced.

Go here: www.bulknutrition.com and get something cheaper like ON 100% Whey Protein.

Well you know how woman are, listen to all the gossip and stuff but I want to get Nitro and muso even though it's pricy. I am splitting the charge with my brother and he has a GNC card in which if you buy any product, the second is %50 off so I just want to know if it does anything to your body like steroids do. I keep telling my mom that protein shakes are just all the proteins and other supplements packed into powder so you dont have to eat more than your body can hold.

I would recommend searching the net (maybe google) for studies on the importance of protein in your diet. Its a very popular thing now, so there should be plenty of info which you could refer her to.
I agree with what the others said. Dont buy into the overpriced products. They're all hype.

I want to get Muso and Nitro Tech but my mom thinks it's like bad for your health to drink protein shakes.

I would tell my mom to mind her own bizinitch, and then biaotch slapp the ho, and tell her to make me some lunch like a good woman should.

    GRIN!!!

But, hey, that is just me.
To me, it is not how long you're in the gym... it is what you do why you are there... Intesity and Consistency are Paramount. Oh yeah, and eat plenty of fried chicken, whole milk and bacon. Ask any old farmer that usually lives to about 90+.

Dont go that way brother, I used to get sucked in like that too!
Thats the way to go poor fast. Although I'm an admitted GNC customer, even with the discount card, you're no doubt getting robbed. Go find a compareable item at 1fast400.com. You'll thank me later.
Listen to the people here that have been around a while, they know what they're talking about and have helpped me tons.
