Question for those of you who add Maltodextrin to your post workout shakes...

What does it do for the texture of the shake?

Is it desirable, or does it suck?

    Thanks.

I usually put 20 g of maltodextrin with 5 g of creatine. That is not based in any scientific research, itīs just how I take it. Based on my diet.

Everything in the world can be flavoured, my maltodextrin taste like orange.

    yes its falvourless!

So your PWO shake will just taste of what ever your protein powder tastes like! If the taste from you protein shake is quite strong (like many are) it might actually make your shake taste nicer, I like the maltodextrin texture, its pretty smooth, goes down very nicely

don't be worried about the taste, tasteless means just that, texture is fine

    peace
