Ergopharm's 1AD is a great product, but when it comes to 4AD definitely stick with a transdermal application. It is much more effective taken transdermally, then orally. I like Dermabolics 4Derm also.

I tried transdermal S1+ and that stuff dried and irritated my skin retty badly. I had to stop using it after a couple weeks. Does the 4DERM burn like the S1+?

No the 4 diol does not irritate the skin like 1-test.

Having used both, I can say that S1+ after about two weeks really irritated my skin. Looked like I had a sunburn in the application areas. 4Derm did not do this at all. So my answer would be no.Originally posted by 100%legalmass

Transdermal delivery avoids first pass metabolism in the liver and due to that fact, significantly lessens potential toxicity. Ultimately, yes it still passes thru the liver, but its negative impact is greatly reduced.Originally posted by tomas101

I've been using One+ for about 4 days and its burning the hell out of me. I used it back in July and had no problems at all. Not sure why its so bad this time. Maybe my skin is drier due to the weather and this makes it more sensitive???
