    Swolve vs V12... final words

They are the same damn thing... after working out hard, i get almost the exact same weird after taste kind of thing in the back of my throat...

Only MINOR MINOR difference I've seen is V12 seems to give a SLIGHT SLIGHT improvement in pump...

    ZERO difference in strength
    ZERO difference in endurance

Maybe the long term use of these products may slightly vary due to ingredient differences... but imo, they are almost identical...

To level with you all... we all really enjoy a bit extra pump... BUT... is it worth 35+ dollars a month to obtain it? not in my opinion... these products are overrated due to the pump they give and the real results of the products are negligable...

IMO... and I know this sounds redundant... but higher quality protein and vitamins, anti oxidants, and BCAA's or possibly some sort of BSL Go or Redline would be a better investment of your money...

I just finished a container of V-12 orange. I noticed better pumps much more energy while working out, big strength gains. I would say I gained around 5 or so pounds of muscle no change in fat. I think this stuff is quality and I've ordered another 500 grams. IMO worth the extra 10 or so bucks as this stuff has no loading phase and lasts for a month. Worked just as advertised for me.

I'm on my second bottle of V12 now and I've noticed really nothing. Pump is good but other then that nothing else. I just got my bottle of Swole V2 and will start that soon.

In my opinion it's all mental... mostly placebo... however... I don't have any proof... it's just how i feel about the situation...

I have had positive results using Swole. Different supps work for different people, but my lifts all went up after using Swole for a couple of weeks, more so than with regular creatine. Take it away and I feel lethargic in the gym. Call it placebo, mental or whatever you want, but I can physically feel it when I stop taking Swole.

Sorry to hear neither of these products worked for you, Mayo, but thanks for posting your thoughts.

SwoleV.2 is IMO, the BEST. So many get great results with it while others just don't respond all that well.

A lot of how you're taking your supps can play a role in how well you do with it. Play around and experiment.

Just a quick response... I didn't say they did nothing... admittedly the pump is nice... but what is pump and do you need it? Does it really do anything for you? I'm just saying, I feel like people make gains on it, because they believe they CAN lift heavier, so they try and are successful...

And imo V12 is a better product than Swole V2...

I could come on here and say.... After a full tub of swole I gained 10lbs and all lifts went up at around 10lbs too... but, personally i feel i would have got those gains regardless of swole... I feel like my diet and training are responsible for those gains...

    it's all perspective...

I have been using Swole V2 and I have to say that I really started to notice a difference once I started taking 2 scoops 2x a day instead of the recomended 1 scoop 2x a day. I am not sure if this is because I am 230lbs and the recomended dose on the container is for a smaller person or what.

I feel body weight has a lot to do with how well the advised dosage works.

I had a grid on a couple threads.......I'll have to find it and post it again.

I have sort of come to the conclusion that most dosages are suggested for people in the 160-180lb range, so I have just got used to taken a larger dosage on most supps. I wish they would give dosages as gm per lb or something similar

Same here. I'm going to dry out for awhile since it seems the effects are not there like they were before. May even try something different.

...and so does Syntrax (agree about the doseage by bodyweight)

they just don't have it on the damn containers.

Great info, thanks Mayo. I am taking swole right now, but will switch back to regular monohydrate after.

good plan. that's what i did. i also agree that supps are a lot of mental. maybe i might have wanted swole to work too bad or something so i didn't see the results i wanted. but pure creatine is workin great for me.

Swole gave me an excellent pump and slight increases in strength and endurance. Its so strange to me how there are so many undeniable facts in muscle growth that cannot be changed, but when it comes to the science of supplementation, it seems everthing varies from person to person.
